carol hi, i cannot get my phone to work. The phone has been on silent and vibrate for quite a while and i know you are supposed to hold star to get the sound working but I cannot seem to get the sound to work by doing this. Please help !

hold # and press 0124
with the sim card out
then 0124 will unlock the keypad with the sim in tried it today on VK530 and works fine

Hatty my vk530 is absolutly rubbish! it keeps telling me to insert my sim card when it is in so i just take out the battery and put it back in again....but also i have dropped the phone quite a few times and now my screen does not work it is a permanent mirror and its realy bad because when people ring me i cant hear them but they can hear my basically the above part of the fone wen its flipped doesnt work and i have about 5 new messages wich i cannot c at all really very anoyin actually :( if anyone has any suggestions other than goin and getting it fixed then let me no

meg i have had this phone for four months now and up to now it has been ok and has worked well for me. i was a bit narked when i paid £100 for it and then found out that it has no recording dound,rubbish camera and it only holds 3 videos!! apart from what i have mentioned the phone seems ok-although i am holding my breath for any faults!!
lou really upset about this fone thought i cud at least get tones but i cant not fair just sold it there an only got £20. its so upsetting
peppie this phone should be deleted from the world that is earth it spend half its time freezing and teh other half not working in genral its not even any use as a paper weighjt as its too light if u have one put it in teh bin NOW do it or suffer the wrath of rubbish vk
pippa VK was the first phone i ever got, at first it looked sooooo good and really stylish. After using it for about a month i found it way boring. No bluetooth, no MP3 player, hardly any memory AT all. This is a useless phone that is unreliable and ugly!!! a five year old could get away with it but not a teenager. in conclusion, this is the most rubbish phone u could eva gt, so DON'T BUY IT!!!! you'll regret it for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!
michelle well when i first got this phone i thought to myself it was one of the cutest but it is aload of rubbish it doesnt have bluetooth what kind of a phone that doent have bluetooth in this century when i speak on m phone people can barely hear wat i have to say so i have to shout most of the time it is the worst phone i have ever owned
<unknown> Dont Buy It. I've had this phone 5 months and had nothing but problems from day 1. I took it back to the shop 3times in the 1st 2weeks because it kept turning itself off. This problem still happens, it needs to be charged every day even though I never use the camera and only use it for a few text's a week (use e-mail). My friends are always saying they cant get in touch with me and I never reply to the voice messages they leave but this is because I Never Get Them! And every few weeks at 3.33AM I get a text saying I have a voice message but when i go to the answer service no message? Dont Buy This Phone it interfers with your sleep!
