Fernando To fix the "White Screen of Death" to this phone just download SEUS from sony ericsson webpage...SEUS = Sony Ericsson Update Service...Download the last and update your phone with the USB cable and that's all!!! no more White Screen ;) believe me...i got experience with those problem too before update...bye...
Y I just have to say that the phone has a lot of features, BUT if you are unlucky, all you are getting when you buy this phone is a headache.

<unknown> I work for a Regional GSM provider.... and this phone has got to be THE WORST!!!!!!!!! The Bluetooth in it will NOT work unless you are with in 12 inches of the phone, signal is HORRIBLE!!!!! I got the phone free and would love to pay to get tid of it AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!

Patrick I too am a victim of the great "white screen of death" plague. I spoke with SE reps forever and finaly learned how to prevent it. ANYTIME you plug in the USB make sure you are in the home screen and that you don't wiggle or disconnect it without properly exiting the application. Try to make your transfers all in one connection/day as apposed to several different times during the day. Also, let it completely load during USB mode before you begin messing with phone files. Hope this helps because as long as you don't mess the memory up, this is a sweet phone that makes the anything with itunes look like childs play.
Hello_moto i have k750,w800i n my cousin using w550i sony ericsson really produce quality phones love their products n i do like nokia but every time i brought their 1st batch phone the only problems got bugs hmm every time have to go to service centre n the Q up few hrs n wasting time other than that nokia gd n sony great connecting to sony ericsson

felix i have this same phone sony Ericsson w600 and it get frozing dont know why it is down hear in ghana west africa we loved this phone alot but theonly thing that is making this thing to ondislike is the frozing bye
