niki there was a guy said this phone has a camera it does not just want the customer to know this i did not purchase but it looks ok.......the colour screen and everything is catchy. i wen through the specifications, its most understandible ...sony ericsson is a good brand however so keep up the good work.
Mr Double B We have 3 of these in the family for 2 years now. Mine is the oldest and it was somewhat slower than the others so I had its software updated to the newest version for free (within warranty time) and since than it's perfect (not that there was any serious problem anyway).
All in all it's a great phone. None of us have ever had a problem with it. The battery lasts for days depending on the usage; the screen is ok, the sound quality is good.
From the 3 people (including me) who have one in the family:
1 will keep it as long as it works while two of us are going to go for a K750 / W800 later this year or keep it until (affordable) 3G arrives (another year, year and a half in our country).
To the previously mentioned concernes:
I would advise those who had a problem to have the firmware updated at their local SE affiliate. Of course the screen "is a joke" now, but back then it was (one of) the first mid-range phones to have a color display!
