Mau I'm sorry for you, You cannot change this sound. I try (and talk to sony-ericsson) to play midi files with media player and they say It's not posible. You can select midi files (very short files) to alarms but when time arrived melody doesn“t play. BAD PHONE
jon its much better to go at the sonyericsson global site choose your country. 211 i think is from philippines correct me if im wrong, then press "support" then "phone setup" and from the "model" choose k600i there you can find what your looking for, catergory are WAP,EMAIL and MMS setup just follow the instruction.

i have reasons and solutions for you,
reason:
the smart 3g is still under testing i think coz they still try making free videocalls until may 31. to make sure that every user can achieve good reception and etc.
sloutions:
make sure that the settings for 3g is activated and downloaded. if not type:
SET(space)3G(space)(brand/model) ex. SET 3G SEk600i. and send to 211...
visit the smart center nearest to you and report this thing...

Cezar Just own now a K608i just similar to this one except K608 has better design... noticed that in fine quality picture, you can't zoom it when taken... but i figured out that it's because of the resolution 1600x1280 which means that this phone can interpolate 1.3mp to 2megapixel!...
Garfield69 does this fone have bluetooth and does it hav an external memory card or can you add a memory card to extend the memory?? help would be greatly appreciated thanx
Ryan Hi pple yea the k600 is a very good fone. Good cam... When i used wavepad to make the music louder the size of the mp3 increased... And is there any way that u can convert mp3's to make the size smaller... Great fone..
<unknown> I only spent £60 brand new on this phone. And what a way to spend £60. For £60, this phone is quite simply outstanding!!!!! It has just about anything you can have on a phone, mp3 player, RADIO, Video capture, a fantastic camera, calendar, code memo, calculator, world time, just about everything. It can also video call as it is a 3G phone (although i cannot comment about the 3g side of it because i have not, and never will use the 3G bit on it). Ok, it doesnt have that much memory on it and it cannot be expanded, if you already have an MP3 player, and lets be honest, MP3'S take up far more memory than pics or videos do, you wouldnt need to use it as an MP3 player, and quite frankly 30MB is a huge amount of space if you mainly take pictures or videos and nothing else. My advise, do buy this phone, but if you really have to have all your mp3's on a phone, then look for a phone with removable memory cards etc.
