the problems you've encountered is probably caused by you lack of experiences in using SE phones... noting that this was your first phone..and Btw. you should consider that every phone needs proper care..and and try it... SE has quality in their phones...my k300 is about 5 months old and no problems at all...
macoy hey dude i read all your reviews and it seems like k300 is not bad at all and i really cant believed that it only cost at around 3,500 pesos?im here now in the philippines at alabang and i would really loved to know how can i get to that place vira mall?by the way are they also selling cellphone stuffs there?how can i get there?

The Spin King Hi guys, wondering if you could help me with my k300i. I have bought a DCU-11 USB cable from ebay but it will not work. When i put the disk provided in, a whole lot of phone models come up with the pictures, but no k300i ! So i just chose another phone (k500i) but then when i open PC suite it says no phone connected. The only thing i can do is transfer the set tones thru MMS editor, but i cannot set as ringtone or anything.
Also does anybody know if you can set a polophonic ringtone, MP3 etc as your MSG tone? Alot of other phones have this...
I also bought an IRDA Usb key thing from ebay and am excpecting this to arrive soon, and am not sure how to work this. Would really appreciate if somebody could give me some pointers.

There is no brightness control for this phone coz at first place it is not and active display, meaning brightness/contrast is adjusted to normal...
