jay i like this phone a lot memory is really good, pretty easy to use, i like the design also. the ony things i dont like about it is the fact that the music doesnt sound that good, theres no speakerphone and also, correct me if im wrong(id love to sort it out) but you cant have a ringtone playing when its mp3 and have the phone vibrate at the same time. if only it did!!! great phone overall though
Joe The E720 for me is fantastic. It has loads of memory and it is really easy to use. My mum has the E530, and they're both pretty much the same. But, I'd go for the E720 because the shape of the E530 is difficult to use. I have an E720 and the only thing that annoys me is that I can't remember how to multitask it! IF you know how, please e-mail me and tell me, because it's quite annoying sometimes! Thanks!
<unknown> I don't have the phone yet but im getting one, when my mates contract runs out and they upgrade they're giving me the old e720 ive used it a couple of times and it seems canny, i had a samsung e330 for a hile and the user interface is similar so im happy. it will be a big step from my nokia 3510(not the colour screen one) which i have been using.
i think nokia dominated the market for mobile phones when they were simply mobile phones but now i feel Samsung have sped ahead and are winning the race, i remember when everyone was bragging about there new nokia 3310, which everyone had except me and my ericsson A1018's coca cola promotional phone with the coca cola ringtone and interchagable fascias.
x...*lOuIsE*...x hi my bes m8 haz this phone and no-body can deny its an amazing phone but i have recently bought a new phone and i bought the samsung z500 which is basically an upgrade of this phone. It also comez in baby pink which i gt!! i love my phone (z500) to bits so if your thinking of buying the samsung e720 think again and get the samsung z500!! itz sooooooooooo much beta, gud luk!!!

<unknown> Regarding getting no service. You must change the network to support the carrier you have. Example T mobile uses 1900. Once you find out which networ your phone uses and change it to that your phone will work. I know because I hade the same problem. Hope this helps.
Maria Hi, im trying to put some songs onto my phone. I've installed all the software but the file manager option is greyed out. Anyone have any ideas why????

<unknown> It is the worst phone I have ever owned, it is slow, it doesn't have everything the manual says it should have, but worst of all is the mic, people cant hear me very well and I cant hear them at all most of the time, I have to keep ringing over and over before it decides it wants to work properly. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
<unknown> it's an exeptional phone, dude if u have money for it, don't hold ur thoughts, its great, but when ppl call u u hear them bit hard, but the mp3 are great on the speaker, no problem at all, pictures are awsome, and u can put 22 songs and 2 clips of 1 min on ur phone as i had, but thats the memory full so no space for pictures. games rock, aplciation rocks, what's not to like? :)
Frank013 Very nice design, but the quality of the sound (mic and speaker) is very poor.... My provider tried to repare my phone 4 times and changed it 2 times for another one... The sound stays very poor....
sal i have had the fone just over 6 months and i have fond the screen smashed with extremely little impact, the shop are not interested therefore i av stuck with a £190 fone with a smashed screen, don't know which fone to get next.. any recomendations...
