vivien I realy regret spending good money on this phone!!the thing has never worked properly from day 1 ! i have to switch it on and off about three to four times before the screen can get activated i've tried to get it fixed been told that its a software problem and no one has that software!! (at least in Zambia where i live)stresses me everyday!
Hayley Green i cant understand, why when you buy this phone from certain retailers, the usb data cable, which you NEED to transfer photos and numbers etc, isnt included in the package!!!! Its all well having infrared but thats no good for photos. These cables ive seen cost a fortune and i dont see why we should spend £30 on a cable when its cost us loads to buy the handset itself! The only other way in which you can transfer ur pics from your fone to a PC ive found is by sendin an MMS to an email address, but again thats costing 30p or more per pic and when you've got 100 or so photos, you dont want to be using up all your credit for that!!
<unknown> had the phone for about 2 years, camera went recently and now the screen doesnt work at all, Its driving me mad, use cant use the phone at all. If anyone else had the same prob, what did you do???? did samsung replace it, iv got insurance on mine, so i hope they do.
madcat Hey y'all, i kinda having the same prob with Ani down there. Lately my LCD kinda blurry and the outer LCD blank out. I love my phone so i try to change the LCD, but here in Malaysia it cost me about RM250 (USD62.00 approx.)It is a gud fone relying on the picz quality but the IR regretfully can only send & recieve contact.
bluegirl`bs i have this phone at the mo and i can say it is good. it has beautiful design, great camera, two LCDs, but these phones have short lifes. i have my phone from a year and a month ago it started with errors. first phone book, after that camera, and a week ago it stopped working. i dunno why is that [i have 3 other phones all are still "alive"] be carefull with this phone and if u can take another model of samsung. this is not the best.

bonline Someone please help me on the next matter. How can I hide the numbers from my SIM in the Phonebook? I keep numbers in the phone and also on the SIM and it's annoyng to have duplicate numbers in the list.
<unknown> iv had this phone for a few months now and i think its great i havent had any problems with it. i would reccomend this phone to anyone. the picture is great and the photos come out great.

Charmaine I fell in love from the time I saw the mobile in the shop. Got mad to buy, even though it cost me alot. During the first 12 months I had no problems with it, but after the camera and the screen started to give problems. It became white and I couldn't use it anymore, I was so annoyed! Now it's been over a year since I did not use it, but I'm missing it alot, and in the same time, it's not worth it arranging it. What a shame! Even friends I know who bought it had the same problems.
