Been using sgh c100 for a little over a year now.I want to how i can download pictures and ringtones (for free and otherwise).I've tried using the Infra-red but it never works.What do i do?Please help!!!I love your produccts, but stuff like these problems every user faces are discauraging.

j_zo it is a cool phone.but if i had more insight, i would have bought a better phone...for goodness sake, the irDA sucks. why deceive us by putting it.secondly for those that say that the GPRS does not work, I think you all should .... the GPRS is cool but the browser is very sluggish. i hope that after all these comment, you guyz shoul really do your homework bfore making another phone like this...ciao

amol there seem 2 many prob. abt c100's IR.Let me clear one thing,the IR on d fone is of no use to connect 2 other fones.
however it can b used 2 connect 2 pc.
vat u need is a s/w called 'easy GPRS'.its available on d net 2 download.its not best but there seems 2 b no other way.and nokia s/w dont work wid it.
