ifeanyi i have the phone and have had no problems. the active sync can be gotten at microsoft.com as well as the outlook if u need english. if u have prob. with the phone just put off the phone and put on again but before u put it on, press the volume controls (up and down), then put on the phone. when it comes on you will have 2 vibrations. ur phone should be alright. the phone has proper exits. iof ur in a program that doesnt have exit like camre, just press the volume control and it will exit. there are \also done buttons which can serve as exits. try it. the phones lovely

ZAZO My problem solved! It is a great phone but SAGEM itself lack of support in Malaysia.. I juz went to repair shop centre but it all wasting my time.. I'm doing firmware update myself via iRDA.. Know it by e-mailing with it techinical support and its worth rather than running round the town to repair it.. Tq for ur a-10-tion!!..

mike fagbohunlu please, i just bought my-s7 phone.It is awonderful phone.the problem i'm having is that i can not exploit mostof the functions as much as i would have liked because the manual supplied with phone and CD software are all written in french which is not my offical lingua franca.I wish to use this medium to implore the appropriate authorities to help me out of this predicament.Alternatively send me a costumercare service e-mail i can forward my complaints to.
