Bill Beetham I dumped mine after a week.Why? SMS defaults to T9 "predictive input" - it's absolute rubbish. Business users haven't got the time to fiddle around setting SMS to text input every time they want to send a message.

Alex There is no diffrence between the 9@9i & 9@9e except that the Xenium 9@9e has a better touch and feel as it has a leather back. The fron panel is in gloss black. looks very executive and for the macho man! By the way it is not that Philips does not have LCD - TFT rights its because its a XEnium (safe battery) and TFT consumes a lot of battery, there are other models with TFT screen for Philips. Hope this clarifies!

this phone-9@9e was released in china already.its price is 2780RMB.around $350. and it has a little bit different as they told us on this websit.THIS PHONE SUPPORTS MP3、MIDI、SP-MIDI、AMR as ringtone.! sure i am going to buy one if it comes out in canada..

Strange not to see bluetooth, but only infrared.
Also I failed to install Jimm (ICQ-like midlet). It said "not enough memory" while compiling.
