sharon I'm from Trinidad & Tobago and I've had this phone 4 over 2yrs. I've had xcellent service! Never had 2 do repairs til now an that's bcause I accidentally cracked the screen. My friends r tellin me 2 get a new 1, it would b cheaper, but i can't seem 2 part wit it. Also, this model is no longer available in our country.
