Rony i totally agree Ig1H. i know many people who buy smartphones but don't know how to use half of their capabilities. most of them only like the thought of having too many features on they're phone but not using it sometimes not even knowing how to use it. i think these people are stupid.

Carl Koenig In answer to the question about volume control, it is possible only when you are making a call or speaking.
The control in the middle of the phone which has a North/South and West/ East possibilities controls volume when the phone is being used to dial a call or when speaking on a call but NOT in the standby mode. Pushing the East button increases the volume and pushing the West buttom decreases the volume.
