veejei Uhhh...well, actually at least three US phone sellers are taking pre-orders for this very model: unlocked, of course. Of course it might be hobbled like the V802SE handset without the Z800 firmware upgrade, but you should still be able to use it as a phone. That, we'll have to see, but I'm guessing (hoping, actually) it will be useable to a lot of us, maybe even in Japanese.

<unknown> This phone will only work with DoCoMo Japan, and in roaming mode outside Japan. You cannot make with phone work with any other carrier other than FOMA. DO NOT buy it if you are not going to live in Japan.
