Genee I'm very sorry but i would have to say that this is the worst phone i hav EVER had! in my second week or so of owning this phone the screen broke down on me and now has stripes running down it that cant be fixed. on top of that the camera is reallyyyyy bad + it has no flash + the sound is very poor + its really slow. sorry but this is a reallyyy bad phone n i would give it 3/10!! do not make te big mistake i did and buy this phone!!
Kay Have owned the N342i for about 3 weeks now. Very impressed with the NEC and am recommending to friends. Great features and suits me for size and weight. Had previously stuck to Nokia for a number of years but find this outclasses any Nokia I have owned in the same price range.
Have one niggling problem though...can't access 2 of my wallpapers??? Any thoughts on that?? Not a major issue for me but curious.

toasty decent fone but i just won myself a p342i and i definetly reccomend it. it takes great pictures but doesnt have a fm radio or mp3 i was a bit bummed with that but all in all i (L) it
MISH good phone nice and compact but does need interchangable covers like others have and needs to know where to get ringtones sutible for it cant find any yet please help me.
doz I wouldn't recommend this phone. On my last triband phone, the band changed automatically when i travelled from Australia to USA, but on this phone you have to search and find the correct band yourself. This is a step backwards! The battery life sucks!! even with everything, light etc. at a minimum! I've had this phone 18 months and for the last 12 months, i've had to recharge it every day. Don't buy it!!

<unknown> i have to agree with most of the emails that i am very disapointed in this phone as it does not down load and i got a 2 for 1 deal and am now stuck with it for 24months i also find that it has a very short battery life with little indication that it is about to go flat..
