EAR I think itīs as good as te V-300 but with new features, i had one, some months ago but is was stolen. I could not enjoy it as i wanted.
<unknown> This is without a doubt the worst phone I have ever owned. External buttons can't be locked so ring mode changes to silent without warning, charging takes forever, the Bluetooth set was so useless I slung it in a cupbard and forgot about it, it regularly goes quiet so I can only listen to calls via speaker, it sometimes stops charging after a few seconds - really handy when you've left it on overnight and not noticed what's gone wrong - the case is easily damaged, sending texts is far too awkward. Need I go on? How I long for the day when I can change this useless pice of crud.
joanne i have been trying to transfer a song via bluetooth from a samsung z320i to a motorola v547 it finds the device and asks for permission to transfer obex file, it trys to connect but cannot what is wrong?
ka-tee okies .. well i really need and want to put mp3 ringtones on my phone .. and i also need and want to buy a data cable thingy! .. what type do i need or whatever because ive looked up and it says PC620 but then it says you cannot put like songs on and multimedia stuff on your phone and its all very comfusing! .. please somebody help me before i do somthing stupid and buy something for my phone that doesnt work! ... thanks .. ka-tee xxx

James Hi ive owned a V547 for about 2 weeks now and the only thing that lets it down is the memory which is only about 5 to 6 megabite so wont store too much but still enough. I would advise anyone to buy a Bluetooth Dongle (Ģ10 online try google, Ģ25 carphone warehouse) then you can use your PC with the phone a lot . I have downloaded about 20 great games so far on to my PC then sent them to my phone for free (try looking for .JAR games on google) I also use a 3GP file converter to convert mpeg videos on my PC to the 3GP Video files the Phone uses. I make my own shorter MP3 ringtones using a program called MP3 Trackmaker along with Winamp. Hope some of this helps.
Babuin V557 has a 256k colors screen, supposedly longer battery life, does not have instant messaging. Minor differencies I'd say....

katee okies well ... i just got this phone last week and hell its ace! ... i love it and it kicks ass!.. only one thing! .. i need a port to get mp3's on to my phone from my computer and i need either a PC620 or a PC820 and i really cant find non of them two from anywhere! ... thats the only annoying thing! ... but yeh great phone! .. .idf anybody has one of those phone cable thingys ... please can you tell me where you got it from! .. it would be a great help! .. chears .... katee xxx
