amit hi i was a big fan of the motorola 3690 but just yesterday only the screen became totally blank only the light is there.some of my friends had already advised me not to buy this model but i went ahead and bought it .
will the company look into this matter.my friends have also faced similar problems

It's a cool little phone, it's not that....but there is absolutely robbed of functions and things like that!
Has no alarm clock, doesn't even show the name of the people you get messages from!
