<unknown> The itunes and the phone tools can't be used at the same time. both syncronizes so only must be used per time. If the problem is that it doesn't connect or the computer can't detect your phone, there are three reasons. First, the port of your phone is dirty or the pins have already coroded so try to clean it. If it still doesn't get detected, try to reinstall your phone tools and itunes then try to connect it. If it still doesn't work, the port of your phone may already be worn out or loose already that the pins do not actually touch anymore. If that's the case, try to have it fixed or checked by the service center.
Sometimes, when the phone USB port is used very often, it gets too worn out that the cable no longer gets connected properly to the phone. Always take good care of the phone's USB port. The pins are soft which means tha it can easily be distorted and are prone corosion.
The female port is the one that easily gets worn out and not the male end of the cable.

I download themes from internet to my PC, and when I want to instal it to my V3i I cant find the right folder to copied it. If someone know about it, please email me..
SADMAN hmn......i've owned an L6 and Razr v3- what a nightmare!! there no functions that could keep me busy 4 long! 2 me lookin good come next only next 2 functions. up untill now i thought nothin could beat SE in price and functionality and still nothin can. den i got this v3i. this was comparetively bettr den L6 n v3 so read along:
advantages: good memory(256mb) with mp3 playback capabilities. transfering data with pc is a breeze. good looks. user friendly interface. nice n big didplay. bettr camera den da v3. and fair amount of functions.
disadvantages: low sound. spkr has poor base. da phn couldn open pictures i got frm ma frnds K750 as they were '2 large 2 opn'. poor battery life. no radio. no edge n infrared.
verdict: bettr phn den da other motorola's i ve usd but still dere r room 4 improvements

The memory card is put adjacent to the battery through opening back cover. Can u tell me what is meaning of Line1 and Line2 in the phone?

Juan Carlos This phone is great, i love the color and the design! and for the person that wanted to know how to set your music as ringtone you have to copy the tone or the song that you want as ringtone in the phone memory not in the memory card, copy from the external memory to the phone memory! and once it is saved in the phone memory in the menu you have the option to set it as ringtone for calls o messages! <unknown> hi all, i have had my V3i since april 2006 and it still works fine and it is very fashionable also it is got good sound for the mp3 etc and if you want to have an mp3 for a ringtone u have to move or copy it to the phone memory,

<unknown> I mean if you want to hear mp3 using itune button. you will have to transfer songs using itunes software given with the phone.it can be heard using itunes shortcut button. it should go to memory card.
if you use phone tools to transfer it will convert the song to be used as ring tone. it will be present in the ringtone sellection only it cannot be used as a mp3.
