Motorola KRZR K1 Cell Phone Reviews

jermaine Even though I would personally but this phone anytime over Nokia 8800, I actually don't see much. What's so great about it? Has no 3G support and a 2MP camera. Kind of outdated. Yeah, it has a great design. But the price..arghhhh.....All you people out there....Wait another 2 months for BenQ-Siemens SL91. Now thats a phone. Check it out. Better design than any other phone so far and it's techonologically advanced.

Sharif Haque Sumit Motorola sold 50 m V3 not because of its look, also its feature indeed. How come 50 m people just love the looks & buy it? anyway...
i said it is smart phone @ looks & feature. I didnt compare with Pocket PC phone or what ever. @@ kal

D Why are so many people complaining about Motorola phones not having every feature on the planet? If the RAZR had every feature known to mankind, it would cost $900 like the NOKIA highend phones and 50 million people could not afford them. The Q is another great example. Where can you get such a great smart thin phone for $199? Everyone tends to forget cost when comparing phones.

anon I recently got to borrow this phone from a friend who is testing it for Moto and wow. This phone is amazing. Great keypad and there are so many functions built into the phone that Moto hasn't put in a phone stateside yet. I'm ready for this one to come out

Mr. T-Mobile Ok folk's stop comparing this phone to the 8800 by Nokia. The 8800 is not even in the same class as the KRZR. No mem. card, class 2 bluetooth, class 8 Edge & Gprs etc... The KRZR is going to be the next evolution in phones. If you know anything about GSM phones, then you are aware that this phone will destroy all others. Just compare the hard facts and you will see. Also for those who say that Moto. phones are hard to use, Moto is only for those with a higher capacity for learning & understanding, basicly you need to have some brain power, so if this phone is to complicated for you GET SOME BRAINS.

simon i think the whole mobile phone market is becoming tired, very rarely does a phone come out that has a different angle on the design or has something that really sets it apart from the rest.trouble is when one does appear that is quickly followed by a copy version by another manufacturer or endless variations of the same phone(samsungs black sliders,lg flips,s/e walkman phones, mottos razrs and nokias candy bars),every so often a gem will appear but they are getting few and far between and until then we have plenty more colours to be produced for the razr family.

phil Until Motorola fixes up their UI, I'm not going to bother...

Richard Buchanan "and your motoroal will probably cause u cancer because of the high SAR!!! the moto L7 have 1.58!!!!!! in america the limit its 1.6 its barely passed!"

my goodness, is this all you can respond with? these asinine things? you nokia fanboys have been putting down motorola based on these ridiculous ideas and finally we rise up!! we will take no more!!

for every study that says cell phone radiation may cause cancer, there are two more which refute the idea! where is the first case of a person being sick from motorola high sar rated phone? if that were the case, moto's dead in the water! nobody would ever touch a razr or slvr or pebl!.....

"when people get sick of razr moto that its already happening razr sales are dropping so will motorola"

...instead the exact opposite is happening as motorola takes marketshare from nokia month after month due to global acceptance of the great razr phone!

http://www.smartmoney.com/oned...fb&nav=RSS20

sales have only increased! moto sold the 50 millionth RAZR in july and should likely be at 60 million by now. so you're wrong on both accounts!

to the person who speaks on price of the krzr, yes it is expensive now due to exclusivity of being the first. this happens with every good. but unlike nokia, when sales increase, motorola drops the price! there is no reason to maintain high resale value of a phone! how many people keep their phone pristine enough to be sold on ebay? the majority end up in the trashcan!

motorola doesn't purposely inflate phones for high profits, ripping off the customers. they get them as cheap as humanly possible. now that's how you do business! if moto wanted to, they could've kept the razr at $400 and kept it high fashion phone. instead they wanted the world to have it! nokia only does this for their cheap 6XXX little candybars. moto has changed the game!

if you want higher powered, you wait for hsdpa razr maxx. if you want something even higher, you go for linux smartphones such as a1200 MING or E680i (pictures of its much thinner successor E690 have surfaced: http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/cel...199607.php). or wait for the Q gsm with hsdpa and wifi. you need something with even more functions? go ahead for n-series bricks. but moto has most of us, who use phones to make -phone calls- covered.

majority of people want slim and simple not chunky and complicated. unfortunately nokia was late to the party with their chunky blocks just when the industry was changing. now i bet they'll come announcing razr like simple slim phones by the end of the year.

<unknown> It looks good. But it can't do other applications like mobile banking. Motorola uses their own digital certs. which is not recognise by most banks

Bob :=(I) I Just wait for The moto KRZR K1i
