kafuu what r u thinking LG? how about the Americas? the phone cannot be used here anyways the display is too small....could have been smaller don u think LG?(Am being sarcastic!)
keroshi Had it for about a week.good mp3 player.smallish memory though could only fit about 32 songs,i found that the easiest way to put music on it is by its bluetooth from your computer.screen and camera work well screen is small but sufficient.package comes with 2 batteries which was suprising,but needed cause if you use the mp3 alot battery life is average. all round happy with my new toy!

I bought this mobile phone today and, as far as I have seen, it's really nice! It has many interesnting features and, although the user interface is not very intuitive in cases, it is generally easy to handle. However, I am unable to download any image or Mp3 file from my computer to the mobile phone, basically because, even if I use the USB cable provided, the mobile phone and pc do not connect. Is there anyone who could help me about it? Cheers!!

Andi I don't own this phone, i have a U880 n think its ace. I'm just feelin the need to correct some inconsistencies on this forum. LG and samsung are separate companies, both from korea, but separate. They both make their own components in house and rarely collaborate. As for who is copying who?? we'll never know because phones get released at different times, and it doesn't mean that the first to be released in your country was the first of that design. Anyway if a design is popular...why not mimic it, i would!

DesignAddict This is one of the first slide phone designs that I actually like a lot. Good design LG! ...finally
behone a lousy phone.Stay away as far as possible.Horrible user interface. Complicating works. Terrible battery life.
Better save money to buy Sony Ericsson.

Firstly, As someone said earlier, Aside from the fact that LG and Samsung are both Korean Based Companies, They do not have anything else in common and are not the SAME organisation.
Secondly, In response to the post left by Graham, LG do not have as a majority, Ex-Samsung Employees.
Other than that, Everyone is entitled to their own opinion based on their experiences with LG products but do not base your information (as per above) on lies, hearsay, innuendo or rumour.
If you do not like LG Products based on past experience, Rather than complain and criticise every LG product without buying one, Use your power as a consumer and BUY SOMETHING ELSE.
