Tom Could everyone stop bagging this phone. Its not that bad!!!! Its actually very good for that matter! I've been playing mp3's and the battery holds up well. READ THE MANUAL, IT WILL HELP!!!

Hangon Dont give up... use the CD included in ur LG M4410, after installing it and u recieve this message "USB error blah blah blah" uninstall & install it again & again... dat works 4 me! =)
<unknown> Wow...i reaLLy do like this phone. It restores battery quick...without the chager. THe pixels in the camera is great...but i wish it can store more Mp3's and the phone gets hot reall quick when talkin more than 1.5 hours
Mahendra Patil Any system has some drawback, but it dosen't mean that LG has bad product. LG can develop software. We can request LG to develop and provide free patches using which we can play .avi and .3mpj video files.
Shone I don't know why are you so mad. This phone is great and in Serbia costs only 130euros and nobody that I know had any problems! Everybody thinks that the phone is simply GREAT!!!

james I have used almost all the brands in mobile phones, but this is one is the first one(lg m4410) where all the features have some problem or the other. From bluetooth to software... nothing works properly. My suggestion always buy Nokia or samsung.
