sylvester limban i bought my p5 end of 2003. in my opinion, p5 is a very reliable phone. it is easy to operate and etc. but i am having problem with it now. it seems that the phone battery is no longer in good condition because whenever i receive an incoming call, the phone will off by itself. i have send the phone about 3 times to the shop where i bought it but still can't find the solution. if anyone can help me, please e-mail me. i bought my p5 phone in sabah, malaysia. i would really appreciate if anyone can help me with my problem. thank you.
Manoj for Haier P5 phone: I had to replace the charger with another charger of same voltage. I had to remove a component across the battery because it had shorted and finally the reset switch came out so had to solder a piece of wire across it. i think too much technology is compact in this small lovely device.

I bought the P5 from a small retailer in Athens Greece and I am quite happy with it.The only problem is that I need a new battery and it seems that it is difficult to get as the shop that I bought it has no stock and keep telling me to check again with them for a long time.
Can you suggest where I can find a new battery in Athens and, if not, can I order one by mail?
