<unknown> i just bought, user-friendly, and i think its camera very clear... beautiful handset.. and can use gprs.. no bluetooth n irda... can use cabel, but hard to find..
Shaun Kan I just buy this phone one week ago, it is a nice clampshell phone with rich colours and camera but lack of communication method because it don't have bluetooth and even infrared and don't have java support either. The package doesn't include usb data cable, you have to find it yourself and the local dealer say it will come around one month later..so bad. Untill now I still searching for the cable for transfering ringtones and picture to my ot835..but have to wait..can't find the cable yet..someone please help me!!!

Alcatel doesnt make tv and stuff like, that but what they do make are modums, internet connections and also Computer designs for PACKARD BELL, COMPACTQ, HEWITT PACKARD, also thet make Phones with camera and video funtion aswell as Mp3 Melodies, Philips dont make computers
so i think there as good as eachother

thomas i wrote an e-mail to Alcatel in Denmark and they said thatOT 835 would be in the stores in Denmark in August.... so I guess we just have to wait
to PORTUGAL Henrique (also known as PORTUGAL) You really are an idiot aren't you? so philips has an internal 65k color display, alcatel has an 265k one!, philips has a 4096 external display, so what?? alcatel has a 65k color one! alcatel has a VGA camera, but it has video capturing, besides its estimated price is about €250/300, and I dont belive the phillips will be cheaper (about €400), so I really think you screwed when you started to compare these phones, because, if you keep in mind the huge price diference, you will easily see the alcatel is better,

now can you see the diference? besides the 1mp camera, the philips loses! like someone said before, it records videos (the philips doesn't) and it's smaller, plus, in my opinion, it's much more actractive
