Tiger Hi everybody, i have 756 mobile & i have some problems & i wish if any body can help me with it,1st my mobile software was expired & the mobile closed for a time , i went to Alcatel service center they told me that a water get inside it & that was the reason, & i don't think it was a water problem when i use the compose record after that the sound become very bad i don't know why also if there's a new software could any body tell me where i can find on the net & ringtones for the mobile,

<unknown> When I purchased an OT 756 back in August 2004, I thought I would dispense with my old style paper phonebook I had to use with my Siemens S25. But I later found I had to keep it, because the Ot 756 keeps on deleting contacts on its own! Reading other posts I realized this problem is not unique to me. Furthermore, I need to save more than 600 contacts and lacking a reliable search function in the software is true back off.
sarah Is it possible to get a data cable for this phone in australia.? I would like to transfer some mp3's from my computer to the phone but im not sure how to do it.

chris john.... it took you 12 months to claim the warranty, i find it hard to believe that in 12 months you could find time to get it the service centre... a little silly on your part, not the fault of Alcatel
